All students are required to pay an annual fee of $500 which will be included in your selected payment plan. This fee includes costs associated with technology, yearbook, enrollment, and student activities.
There will be a $100 non-refundable deposit due with the signed contract. This deposit will be applied towards the first month’s tuition payment.
Due July 1. Payments not made by July 31 will be charged a 1.5% finance charge.
Payable in three installments, which are due July 1, November 1, and March 1. The 3-Pay Plan has a 3% installment payment fee.
Payable in 12 installments, which are due at the first of each month. The first payment is due June 1. The 12-Pay Plan has a 5% installment payment fee.
USJ, like all independent schools, must take the position that no refund of tuition paid, or cancellation of tuition due, can be made in the event of absence, withdrawal or dismissal of the student. The Tuition Refund Plan (far right column, above) provides families with contractual protection in the event the family leaves the school before year end.
The plan pays 50% of the unused tuition fee for withdrawals other than medical. The plan pays 100% of the unused tuition fee for medical withdrawals. This fee will be due on or before August 1.
