DSA stands for Down Syndrome Association. The DSA Buddy Club is an organization that allows students to get involved with students in the Jackson area who have special needs. Students who join this club are able to create and take part in parties and gatherings for children with special needs. Every year we work with teachers and students from Liberty High school and their weekend program for children with special needs. We join students in their weekend gatherings, create a Christmas party for the children with Down Syndrome and volunteer at the Special Olympics. Everything we do is voluntary and we work in the community to create smiles and memories.
