Melissa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi. She joined the staff at USJ in 2011, after many years as an active parent volunteer. Since that time, she has served in various roles, including Summer Programs Director, Director of Alumni Relations, and Assistant to the Head of School. With more than a decade of office administration experience, Melissa also has six years of experience in Human Resources. She and her husband, Matt ('90), have two sons, Nick ('18) and Zach.
