How long have you been in education?
I have been at USJ for over 35 years. Originally was at OHA (Old Hickory Academy) before merger with EDS (Episcopal Day School).
What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is working with the faculty/staff/students at the Lower School. l love being available to them to help make their day a positive and fun experience.
What is your favorite thing about USJ?
My favorite thing is the family and community atmosphere we have continued to obtain over the years.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I love being outside working in the yard and I have around 135 pots (outside only) of flowers. I keep them over the winter months here at the Lower School and everyone enjoys the look and smell of them. The students here say it looks like a jungle or like being at Opryland Hotel.
