Where do you call home?
Jackson, TN

How long have you been teaching?
Over 10 years

What is your favorite part about your job?
I love working with young people and my fellow teachers. Helping kids grow as readers and writers is so rewarding. When they "get it" I feel like my job is the best in the world!

What is your favorite thing about USJ?
The community! Being a student and now a teacher/parent I can tell you that USJ is a special place! The parents are supportive, the teachers are excellent, and you never stop being a Bruin no matter how old you are or how far away you move!

What is a fun fact about yourself?
I'm an Ole Miss football fan, I spend free time reading or DIYing my older home with my husband (poor guy!)
