After-School Care Program

The After-School Care Program is designed for working parents who need extended care for their children. The ASC program is from 2:20 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, when school is in session. In addition to the ASC program, we offer full day child care on most days when school is not in session. Full day child care is available for $30.00 per day from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please see the calendar for those dates.

Our mission is to provide a safe, loving, and relaxing environment for our students to spend their afternoons. The goal for our staff members is to build lasting relationships with the students in our care.

Our early child students (Jr. Cubs – Kindergarten) are given the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities that include, story time, art projects, music and movement, playground time, & large group activities. Children are in separate classes according to grade level. Parents can also pay an additional fee for their child to participate in gymnastic classes, tennis classes, and the TOTS basketball program.

Elementary students are divided in 3 or 4 groups depending on enrollment. Students have the opportunity to interact with their friends in a relaxed setting. We offer group games, playground time, activity time, and a quiet time for the students to work on homework. Parents can also pay an additional fee for their child to participate in after school art classes, tennis classes, piano lessons, and basketball.

$30 per full day

Enrollment for the ASC program is available on line here. Payment options are available for 1 pay, 2 pay and 10 pay. Payments can be set up for auto pay, or be made in the ASC office. Payments received after the 10th of the month will be charged a $15 late fee. Make checks payable to USJ After School Care. In order to maintain a more efficient operation, parents are asked to register for two, three, four or five days a week and pay a $50.00 registration fee. We do accept drop-ins. The drop-in fee is $15.00 and is payable that day. Please note we will no longer offer a billing option for drop-ins. All drop-in fees must be paid when your child is picked up.
